Our new home will feauture indoor parking for over 20 vehicles, locker rooms, an exercise area,a mechanics bay with lift, executive wing, and a cutting-edge dispatch center. We had a huge turnout at the annual Lowell City of Lights Parade. Lots of employees turned out to make the event a huge success. Trucks were decorated, including an amazing light display on Ambulance 5! Thank you to everyone.

PrideSTAR EMS participated in Haverhill's Santa Parade for the second year in a row. PrideSTAR had 3 units in the event, and a good time was had by all!

October 2007:
PrideSTAR EMS has completed an upgrade to its entire fleet. All units are now equipped with state of the art GPS vehicle tracking equipment. This will allow us to better manage and deploy our resources to meet the needs of our patients and customers!

To thank all our hard-working staff at our facilities, PrideSTAR EMS brought an ice cream truck to all our Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, and Hospitals. The event was a big hit, and we plan on making this an annual event. Thanks everyone!

PrideSTAR EMS has switched to the run reporting system. This piece of software, along with Otterbox Tablet Computers in every truck, has made our run reporting system completely paperless. This also streamlines billing and collectibles, and helps to ensure our crews have on-the-fly up-to-date information on all the patients we transport!
